NDIS
To be eligible for HWSS Supports, you must:
-Be an NDIS Participant
-Have a psychosocial disability/ mental illness that is your main disability.
-Have an NDIS Plan that is self-managed or Plan- managed (not agency managed)
-Have NDIS funding in Core or Capacity Building categories

Location
HWSS is located in Melbourne, Australia.
To access HWSS supports you must be located in Metropolitan Melbourne.
All HWSS staff can provide transport for 1:1 services if there is appropriate Plan funding.
Some groups and activities may use public transport.
